Yueyi Wang received his bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from The School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Northwest Normal University in 2014. In June 2021, he received his PhD degree in materials Processing engineering from The School of Polymer Science and Engineering, Sichuan University and worked as an associate researcher.

His primary research area lies in electromagnetic wave stealth materials, high performance resin synthesis and functional coatings research work. He has so far published 8 journal papers in high impact journals including in ACS Applied Material Interfaces, Carbon, Composites Part B: Engineering and other journals, granted 1 national invention patent, and participated in the general project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, joint fund of Ministry of Education for Equipment pre-research, and cooperative research and development projects of university and enterprise.
